Mollusk Announces Opening Day to be on Halloween

By  |

For those who have been missing Gastropod since its closing earlier this year, you’ll be thrilled to hear that Cody Morris (brewer, Epic Ales) and Travis Kukull (head chef/owner) will open their new venture Mollusk on Saturday, October 31.

This has been a highly-anticipated opening due to the creative team backing Mollusk and its South East Asian-inspired cuisine. The restaurant and brewery will occupy just shy of 5,000 square-feet inside the True North apartment building, will seat approximately 100 people plus some outside patio seating. It will feature a modern brewhouse with state-of-the-art temperature control systems. Mollusk will brew beers featuring unique ingredients, as Epic Ales is already know for doing, but will also create seasonal beer cocktails.

Mollusk is located at 803 Dexter Avenue, Seattle, WA.

Certified Cicerone®, Editor for New School Beer - Washington, she has been in the local beer industry for two years. Currently slinging beers at Stoup Brewing and is founder of the Seattle chapter of Girls Pint Out, member of Pink Boots Society, and contributor to Volume by Alcohol and Brewed For Thought.
