A majority of beer pairing dinners often have one beer for each course served; however The Swiss Restaurant & Pub and New Belgium Brewing understand you might become a tad parched between meals. Together New Belgium Brewing and The Swiss have created a four-course dinner menu with six different beer pairings, there is an introductory beer featuring Rampant Imperial IPA and at 8.5% ABV they are definitely starting the evening off right. There is also an intermission beer, the Transatlantique Kriek Lambic, the tart acidity and high carbonation will cleanse the palate between the second course’s rich, cheesy gratin and the third course’s pork belly . The full pairing dinner menu is below and looks scrumptious.

The dinner will be at The Swiss Restaurant & Pub in Tacoma on Wednesday, November 18 starting at 6:30pm. Tickets are available for only $40 (not including tax or gratuity) and can be purchased either in person at The Swiss or via Brown Paper Tickets.
