Machine House Brewery will host its third annual Pumpkin Pie and Beer Fest this coming Thursday, November 19 at 7pm, at the brewery in Georgetown. Described by the brewery as “part pumpkin pie cook-off, part celebration of delicious cask ales” the festival will include both sweet and savory pie categories, as well as a selection of the brewery’s traditional English-style ales.

Winners will be announced for each category at 9:00pm with proceeds benefiting Sawhorse Revolution, a Seattle-area organization teaching carpentry, design, and job skills to local youth.
Housed in the former location of the Rainier Brewery, Machine House Brewery opened in early 2013 and has been producing sessionable small-batch cask ales served from traditional hand pumps.

Join the fun and eat some pie and drink some beer for a good cause! In the words of the Machine House team, “ Love pumpkin pie? Show off your best recipe! Hate pumpkin pie? Why not take up the challenge and get creative?”

The Annual Pumpkin Pie and Beer Fest starts at 7:00pm, and is $5/person or free with a pumpkin pie entry. Machine House Brewery is located at 5840 Airport Way S, Seattle, WA. 98108.
