Hilliard’s Beer will be spreading holiday cheer with their first annual Saison’s Greetings party on Friday, December 11 from 5:00-11:00pm. You’re encouraged to dress to impress, so shed your favorite flannel and slip into something a little more dapper and make your way to Ballard.

Saison’s Greetings will have at least eight different variations of the classic Hilliard’s Saison, ranging from ESB to barrel-aged, along with a “very special first release of something entirely new.”

Here is part of the tentative tap list:

Saison

Extra S.pecial B.elgian

Roxanne

Chardonnay Saison

Suffering Bastard

Saison Reposado

Additionally, Hilliard’s will be tapping the very last keg of their Jameson Whiskey Barrel Sour.

This event will also be Hilliard’s first ever bottle release. They will be releasing Suffering Bastard (Extra S.pecial B.elgian and Saison blended and aged together for 12 months in a bourbon barrel that was previously used for Captive Spirits Big Gin) and Chardonnay Saison (Saison aged for over a year in Chardonnay barrels). Both will be available for a limited time in 750mL bottles.

Burgerphenia will be outside serving up delicious hamburgers and fries. You can RSVP to Saison’s Greetings via Eventbrite.

Hilliard’s Beer is located at 1550 NW 49th Street, Seattle, WA.
