Flying Bike Cooperative Brewery Announces Beer Dinner with The Pantry

flying bikeThe Flying Bike Cooperative, Greenwood’s newest brewery, has announced a collaborative beer dinner with neighborhood community kitchen, The Pantry, to take place in February. The dinner will consist of five courses with beer pairings, and will be offered Thursday 2/18, Friday 2/19, and Saturday 2/20.
Flying Bike, completely member-owned and operated, officially opened their 7-barrel brewhouse and tasting room this past August with over 1,500 members. The brewery utilizes input from its members in various aspects of the business and in selecting beer styles and recipes to brew.
The Pantry is a community kitchen located in Greenwood that hosts a variety of cooking and food-related classes, dinners, and special events. Founded in 2011, this will be the first time The Pantry teams up with a brewery.

Flying Bike head brewer, Kevin Forhan will join attendees on the first night of the dinner, Thursday 2/18 to talk about the beers and his approach to brewing.

Tickets are on sale now for $100 per person, including five courses and beer pairings. Contact The Pantry via email: info@thepantryseattle.com. Only 40 tickets are being sold per night.
